- Printing block and thirty (30) prints (not needed for word marks).
- List of goods must be in specific (general terms are not accepted).
- Statement about the business nature of the applicant (e.g. merchant, manufacturer).
- Date of first use in India if any.
- Translation and Transliteration of the mark should be provided in the trademark is contains any Non-English characters.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed.
