- Application form executed as above.
- Notarised copy of the specification and claims including the nature of invention, in English language.
- Filing receipt and priority details in the home country in English language, notarised by a Notary Public.
- Certified copy of home or foreign patent registration certificates with duly authenticated translation in English language by a Notary Public.
