Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed, with Serbian translation.
- Description of the design with Serbian translation.
- Two copies of the graphical presentation (a photograph or a drawing) of the design.
Notes
The power of attorney can be submitted subsequently within 30 days as from the receipt of the official invitation. This term can be extended several times up to 6 months.
The certified copy of priority document can be submitted subsequently within 3 months as from the application date. This term cannot be extended.

Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of attorney signed by the assignee.
