- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 6 months from the first filing date.
- Member of: Paris Convention.
- Period of protection of a design: 25 years.
- Annuities: for the first 5 years of the protection, the fees are paid in one go, as for the maintenance of the design validity the fees are paid annually from the 6th to the 25th year.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
