• Period of protection of a patent: 20 years.
• Annuities: annual fees must be paid to keep the patent in force. Annuity fee should be paid from the first year. There is penalty fee for delay in the annuity payment.
• Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
