Any solution defining the outward appearance of an article, which is novel and original shall enjoy protection as an industrial design under this Law (conditions for protection of industrial design).

A Design means the appearance of the whole or a part of a product resulting from the features of, in particular, the contours, colors, shapes, texture as well as materials of the product itself and (or) its ornamentation.
