Registration of a trademark may be renewed in respect of all or a part of goods and/or services on each time, but not longer than for ten years.

Registration of the trademark shall be renewed on the request of the proprietor of the trademark or a person authorised by him/her filed with the State Authorised Body and examined within one month.

The request shall be submitted during the last year of the current term of trademark registration validity.
