- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 6 months from the first filing date.

- Period of protection of a design: 5 years.
- Annuities: an industrial design is protected for 5 years and this term may be renewed for one or more periods of five years each, up to a total protection term of 25 years from the date of filing. The renewal fees shall be paid before the end of the current fifth year of validity, starting from the first five years of validity of registration. There is a grace period of 6 months for late payment of renewal fees with penalty.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
