Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Description covering the design’s essential features.
- Set of graphical images of the industrial design (mock-up or drawings, photographs) where the size should be 180mm X 240mm. The graphics must provide full notion of the design’s appearance and includes general view drawing of the product (3/4), ergonomic diagram, confection map where necessary for disclosing the essence of the industrial design. The set must include no more than 7 different images.
- Certified copy of document attesting the change.

- Late filing of documents: allowed within 2 months from filing date without penalty.
- Extension of time for late filing of documents: not allowed.
Annuity Requirements
- Power of Attorney simply singed.

- Deed of assignment document signed by both parties, with Russian translation (2 copies).
- Original industrial design or its duplicate.
