• You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 6 months from the first filing date.
• Member of: Paris Convention.
• Period of protection of a design: 10 years.
• Annuities: the annuities for the first and sometimes the second years are paid upon the payment of registration of the industrial design and granting. Then for the further years, the annuities must be paid annually before the expiration date.
• Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.

The validity of Industrial Design may be extended, but no more than for 5 years.
