Dot CF is an initiative of the Societe Centrafricaine de Telecommunications (SOCATEL) in Bangui, Central African Republic and responsible for the registration of the .CF domain names.

Any individual or legal entity can register a CF domain. There is no restriction on the number of domains a single person or can own.
