- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Two copies of the specimen, the photographic, or the graphical representation of the design, optionally accompanied by an explanatory caption in French language.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed, with English translation.

Annuity Requirements
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Assignment

- Deed of assignment document signed by the assignor and assignee, legalised by the Congolese Consulate.
