Patent Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney legalised by the Egyptian Consulate.
- Certified copy of the extract from the commercial register or certificate of incorporation legalised by the Egyptian Consulate.
- Certified copy of priority document if claimed.
- Three copies of the specifications, claims, and drawings in English and Arabic languages.
- Deed of assignment signed by both parties, legalised by the Egyptian Consulate.

Annuity Requirements
- No documents are required.

- Power of attorney signed and sealed by the assignee, legalised by the Egyptian Consulate.

Patent Recordal of Change
- Power of attorney legalised by the Egyptian Consulate.
- Certificate of change of name legalised by the Egyptian Consulate.
- Certified copy of the certificate of change of address.

Patent License
- Power of attorney signed and sealed, legalised by the Egyptian Consulate from each party.
- License agreement document legalised by the Egyptian Consulate.
- Certified copy of the extract from the commercial register or certificate of incorporation of the licensee legalised by the Egyptian Consulate.
- Registered user or license agreement document after the registration certificate is issued.
- Nominal amount of US$10 is required.
