Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney legalised by the Ethiopian Consulate.
- Full particulars of the applicant.
- Deed of assignment document legalised by the Ethiopian Consulate if the applicant is not the inventor.
- Drawings or photographs of the design.
- Description of the products type for which the industrial design is to be used.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed (can be filed later within three months from filing date).
