• Validity of the copyright protection period before expiry: for the author's life.
• Validity of the copyright protection period after the death of the author(s): 70 years.

Copyright shall last until 70 years have elapsed from the end of the year of the author's death. In the case of works created by more than one author, the prescribed 70-year period shall be calculated from the end of the year of the death of the last surviving author.
