From the time of closure of a domain, the registrant has 60 days to arrange for the domain to be reactivated. If a domain is closed for 60 days or more it is removed from the domain registry; the rights to the domain become void and the domain becomes available for registration again. The administrative contact for the domain can delete the domain. Subsequent to the deletion the domain is removed from the domain registry. The domain becomes available for registration again.
