- Copy of the work.

- Late filing of documents: not allowed.
A copyright notice can be placed on a publicly published work by the owner. As per the Berne Convention for protection of literary and artistic works to which India is a signatory state, use of copyright notice is optional. It is however, a good idea to incorporate a copyright notice.
