Every intellectual property work of art is subject to the copyright protection in Iraq regardless of the type of work. In order to gain protection, the publishers of the copyrightable works will have to deposit copies of the work with the Ministry of Culture. Protection is granted to every Intellectual Property work of art no matter what its type, method of expression, importance and purpose are.
