- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Full name and address of the applicant.
- Three sets of the drawings or photographs on A4 paper.
- Short description of the design.
- Priority document if claimed.
- Deed of assignment document legalised.
Notes
- Late filing of documents: not allowed.
The power of attorney can be filed within 2 months from the filing date, while the priority document and the deed of assignment can be filed within 6 months.
Annuity Requirements
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Deed of assignment document signed by the owner, in Italian and English languages.
