- Power of attorney legalised by the Jordanian Consulate.
- Patent Form 4 legalised by the Jordanian Consulate.
- Three copies of specifications, claims, and drawings in the English language with Arabic translation.
- Abstract of about 200 words in the English language with Arabic translation.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed.
- Certified copy of the certificate of incorporation or extract from the commercial register for the applicant(s) if the applicant is a company.
Notes
- Late filing of documents: allowed within 2 months from filing date without penalty.
- Extension of time for late filing of documents: can be applied for an additional periods of 1 month each, with a penalty.
Annuity Requirements
- No documents are required.
Patent Assignment
- Power of attorney signed by the assignee, legalised by the Jordanian Consulate.
- Deed of assignment document legalised by the Jordanian Consulate.

Patent Merger
