- Fifteen prints of the mark and a printing block (in case the mark is a device).
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed, with verified English translation.
Notes
- Late filing of documents: allowed without penalty.
Late filing of power of attorney (PoA) is acceptable but the mark will not be advertised until the PoA is submitted. There is no penalty for late filing.
Registration with Customs Duty
- Import declaration form obtained from Customs.
- Original commercial invoice.
- Original bill of lading.
- Authentic original logbook from country of origin.
