- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 12 months from the first filing date.
- Member of: PCT, Paris Convention, ARIPO.
- Period of protection of a patent: 20 years.
- Annuities: are to be paid in advance to the Director General for each year starting one year after the filing date. A period of grace of 6 months shall be allowed for the late payment of the annual fees.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
