- Power of attorney legalised.
- Certificate of incorporation or extract from the commercial register legalised.
- Copies of the drawing of the design.
- Summary description of the design.

Annuity Requirements
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of attorney legalised by the Libyan Consulate (in case there is no Libyan Consulate, then a legalisation may be made by any other Arabic Consulate).
- Certificate of incorporation or Extract from the Commercial Register legalised by the Libyan Consulate.
- Deed of assignment legalised by the Libyan Consulate.

Industrial Design Merger
