Copyrights

The author of any work eligible for copyright under this Part shall have the exclusive right:

(a) to claim authorship of his work and in particular to demand that his name or pseudonym be mentioned when any of the acts referred to in section 8 is done in relation to such work, except when the work is included when reporting current events by means of photography, audiovisual work, sound recording and broadcasting;

(b) to object to, and to seek relief in connection with any distortion, mutilation or other modification of the work where such act would be or is prejudicial to his honour or reputation or where the work is discredited thereby; and

(c) to alter the work at any time.
