Copyright Filing for Written Materials
- ID card or passport for individual applicants, or certificate of registration for legal entity applicants.
- A board resolution or other approval if the form is being submitted by an entity (approving the submission and signatory authority to the person signing the form).
- Softcopy of the works.
Notes
Copyrights can be registered in the Ministry of Economic Development pursuant to the Law on Copyrights and Related Rights (Law No. 23/2010).
