- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Drawings, photographs, tracing, specimens, or other representations of the design.
- Classes in which the design is to be registered (industrial designs in Namibia must be filed in specific classes).
- Brief statement of novelty.
- Priority document with verified English translation, if claimed.

- Late filing of documents: The power of attorney and the priority document can be filed within 3 months.
- Extension of time for late filing of documents: not allowed.
