Filing Requirements
  • Power of attorney legalised by the Nicaraguan Consulate or apostilled.
  • Certificate of Corporate Good Standing legalised or apostilled, with certified Spanish translation.
  • Certified copy of the priority document if claimed.

Notes
  • Late filing of documents: allowed within 2 months from filing date without penalty.

Renewal Requirements
  • Power of attorney legalised by the Nicaraguan Consulate or apostilled.

Search Requirements
  • No documents are required.

Assignment Requirements
  • Power of attorney legalised by the Nicaraguan Consulate or apostilled.
  • Deed of assignment document signed by the assignor and assignee, legalised by the Nicaraguan Consulate or apostilled.

  • Late filing of documents: not allowed.

Merger Requirements
  • Power of attorney legalised by the Nicaraguan Consulate or apostilled.
  • Merger agreement document signed by both parties legalised by the Nicaraguan Consulate or apostilled.

Recordal of Change
  • Power of attorney reflecting the new name or address legalised by the Nicaraguan Consulate or apostilled.
  • Certificate of incorporation or extract from the commercial register reflecting the change, legalised by the Nicaraguan Consulate or apostilled.

License Requirements
