Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney legalised by the Palestinian Consulate, if a Palestinian Consulate is not available, then legalisation by the Jordanian Consulate will suffice.
- Three sets of the specimens or the representations of the design.
- The article(s) covered by the design and the material used in producing these items.
- A description of the design pointing out its novel aspects.

Annuity Requirements
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Search
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of attorney legalised by the Palestinian Consulate, if a Palestinian Consulate is not available, then legalisation by the Jordanian Consulate will suffice.
- Deed of assignment document signed by the assignor and assignee, legalised by the Palestinian Consulate, if a Palestinian Consulate is not available, then legalisation by the Jordanian Consulate will suffice.

- Certificate of incorporation or extract from the commercial register reflecting the change, legalised by the Palestinian Consulate, if a Palestinian Consulate is not available, then legalisation by the Jordanian Consulate will suffice.
