Assignment Requirements

- Deed of assignment document signed by the assignor and assignee, legalised by the Palestinian Consulate, if a Palestinian Consulate is not available, then legalisation by the Jordanian Consulate will suffice.

The assignment document can be filed within 3 months, if submitted after 3 months then a penalty charge applies.
Merger Requirements
- Power of attorney legalised by the Palestinian Consulate, if a Palestinian Consulate is not available, then legalisation by the Jordanian Consulate will suffice.
- Merger agreement document signed by both parties, legalised by the Palestinian Consulate, if a Palestinian Consulate is not available, then legalisation by the Jordanian Consulate will suffice.
