- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed, with Spanish translation.

Registration with Customs Duty
- Power of attorney legalised by the Panamanian Consulate or apostilled.
- A document showing the full name of the legal owner of the trademark and its general information. If a natural person, the document should indicate the name, nationality, address, and owner's identity number. In the case of corporations, it must show the name, place of incorporation, and street and mailing addresses. In both instances, the protected right's description and specification must be included, and the name, general information, and address of the legal representative in Panama and address of the licensees and authorised distributors.
- Certified copy of the registration certificate.
- Samples of the genuine goods, if available, or coloured photographs or drawings presenting the goods. This will become part of the Sample Deposit.
