Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Abstract consisting of a concise summary of the disclosure, preferably not more than one hundred and fifty (150) words in the English language.
- Deed of assignment document legalised by the Philippines Consulate if the applicant is not the inventor.
- Copy of the specifications, claims, and drawings in the English language.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed, with English translation.
- Applicant's and designer/maker's details, including place of incorporation/citizenship.
- Title of the design.
- A statement of novelty indicating the novel aspects of the design if partial protection only is desired.
- Details of the priority application.

The power of attorney and priority document can be provided within three months from the date of filing, with an additional service charge.
Annuity Requirements
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Search
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of attorney simply signed by the assignee.
- Deed of assignment document notarised, with English translation.
