- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 6 months from the first filing date.
- Member of: Paris Convention.
- Period of protection of a design: 15 years.
- Time to pay publication fees after grant (acceptance): within 1 month.
- Time to pay registration fees after publication: within 1 month.
- Annuities: an industrial design is protected for five (5) years, and may be renewed for a further two consecutive periods of five (5) years each.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
