- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Abstract consisting of a concise summary of the disclosure, preferably not more than one hundred and fifty (150) words in English language.
- Deed of assignment document legalised by the Philippines Consulate if the applicant is not the inventor.
- Three copies of the specifications, claims, and drawings in English language.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed.
