- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 12 months from the first filing date.
- Member of: PCT, Paris Convention.
- Period of protection of a patent: 20 years.
- Time to pay publication fees after grant (acceptance): within 1 month.
- Time to pay registration fees after publication: within 1 month.
- Annuities: the first annual fee shall be due and payable on the expiration of four years from the date the application is published, as well as on each subsequent anniversary of such date. Payment may be made within three months before the due date. The obligation to pay the annual fees shall terminate should the application be withdrawn, refused, or cancelled.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
