- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 12 months from the first filing date.
- Member of: PCT, Paris Convention.
- Period of protection of a patent: 20 years.
- Time to pay publication fees after grant (acceptance): 3 months.
- Time to pay registration fees after publication: 3 months.
- Annuities: The first, the second, and third annuities are paid with the filing fees upon filing the application, after that the annuities must be annually in advance for a period that does not exceed 20 years in total.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
