- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 12 months from the first filing date.
- Member of: PCT, Paris Convention.
- Period of protection of a patent: 20 yeArs.
- Annuities: are to be paid in advance for each year, starting one year after the filing date, and where that fee is not paid the patent shall lapse or the application shall be deemed to have been withdrawn. A grace period of 6 months shall be allowed for the late payment with additional penalty charge.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
