Patent Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Specification, claims, and abstract (around 100 words) in Turkish language. One copy in English, French, or German language is needed for translation purposes.
- Three sets of the formal drawings, if any.
- Particulars of the corresponding foreign application.
- Certified copy of the basic application, as filed, along with its translation if priority rights are claimed.
- Deed of assignment document, if the applicant is not the inventor.
