- Formal drawings, if applicable (required on the day of filing).
- Assignment document simply signed.
- Priority document with verified English translation, if claimed (can be late filed within 3 months).

- Late filing of documents: The power of attorney and the assignment document can be filing within 1 to 2 months from filing date without penalty.
- Extension of time for late filing of documents: not allowed.
