- Deed of assignment document if the applicant is not the inventor.
Notes
- Late filing of documents: allowed within 1 month from filing date without penalty.
- Extension of time for late filing of documents: can be applied for an additional period of 1 month with penalty.

Industrial Design Search

It is not possible to conduct a search for an industrial design in Vietnam, however, it is possible to obtain relevant information for specific granted industrial design. This transaction do not require any documents.
