Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney legalised by the Yemeni Consulate.
- Softcopy of the representations of the design.
- Description of the design pointing out its novel aspects.
- Certified copy of the certificate of incorporation or an extract from the commercial register with its Arabic or English translation.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed.
Notes
- Late filing of documents: allowed within 1 month from filing date without penalty.
- Extension of time for late filing of documents: not allowed.
Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of attorney legalised by the Yemeni Consulate.
- Deed of assignment document legalised by the Yemeni Consulate.

Industrial Design Merger
Notes
The Industrial Design Law in Yemen has no provisions regarding design merger. It is possible to file a design assignment application instead.
Industrial Design Recordal of Change

Industrial Design License
