The application shall be submitted to Kyrgyzpatent directly or via post office.

The application has to contain:

- application for registration copyright work;
- one copy of deposited material or its copy.

Documents that should be attached to the application:

- a certified copy of document on the exclusive rights if holder is not author;
- a document confirming payment of registration fee or a ground for exempting from payment of fee, as well as for its reduction;
- a power of attorney for representative completed in the appropriate manner if application is submitted through representative.
Additionally the applicant has to sign “Statement of Understanding on legal relationship in the field of service works and works that were created by the agreement”.

Documents of application shall be presented in Kyrgyz or Russian. If documents submitted in foreign languages, then a translation into Kyrgyz or Russian languages, certified in the appropriate manner has to be attached.
Documents of application shall be submitted in one copy.
