Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney duly notarised and legalised by means of the Apostille or by the Argentinean Consulate.
- The inclusion of a description in design applications is optional.
- Deed of assignment signed by both the assignor and the assignee legalised with certified Spanish translation.
- Certified copy of the priority document (if claimed) with certified Spanish translation.
Notes
- Late filing of documents: Late filing of the power of attorney is possible within 40 days from filing date without penalty.
- Extension of time for late filing of documents: not allowed.
Late filing of the rest of the documents is possible within 90 days from filing date without penalty.
Annuity Requirements
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Assignment

Industrial Design Recordal of Change
- Power of attorney duly notarised and legalised by means of the Apostille or by the Argentinean Consulate.
- Official proof of the change issued by the relevant authorities, legalised by the Argentinean Consulate with certified Spanish translation.

Industrial Design License
- Power of attorney duly notarised and legalised by means of the Apostille or by the Argentinean Consulate.
