- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 6 months from the first filing date.

- Period of protection of a design: 5 years.
- Annuities: protection of a granted design will last for 5 years from the filing date and can be extended for two consecutive 5 years periods. Renewal application must be filed within 6 months before the expiration date. A grace period of 6 months for late payment of the renewal fees is possible for additional penalty charge.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
