- Originals or copies of the author's works or items of their related rights.
- Requests for deposit, registration and extension of the deposit of copyright works and objects of related rights are available in three official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- Late filing of documents: not allowed.
A deposited work is entered into the book of records of authorship works maintained by the Institute.
Depositing is not an obligation of the author, nor does it constitute a requirement for acquisition of copyright protection, but it is only a possibility.
