- You can claim priority according to Paris Convention within: 12 months from the first filing date.
- Member of: Paris Convention.
- Period of protection of a patent: 20 years.
- Annuities: The patent shall expire at the end of the twentieth year as from the date of filing. If the patent is granted for more than 4 years after the date of filing, the term of protection granted by this patent shall be automatically extended by the entire period that has elapsed as from the date of filing.
- Allowed time to submit the assignment deed from the date of signing the agreement: no time restrictions.
