Patent Filing Requirements
  • Power of attorney simply signed.
  • Specifications with claims and abstract.
  • Drawings (if any).
  • Name and address of applicant and inventor(s).
  • Certified copy of the priority document if claimed.

Notes
  • Late filing of documents: not allowed.

The power of attorney and the priority document can be filed within 3 months.

Annuity Requirements
  • No documents are required.

Patent Assignment
  • Power of attorney simply signed.
  • Deed of assignment document signed by the assignor and assignee.

  • Late filing of documents: not allowed.

Patent Merger
  • Power of attorney simply signed.
  • Merger agreement document signed by both parties.

Notes
  • Late filing of documents: not allowed.

Patent Recordal of Change
  • Power of attorney reflecting the new name or address simply signed.
  • Extract from the commercial register.

Notes
  • Late filing of documents: not allowed.

Patent License
  • Power of attorney simply signed.
  • License agreement document signed by both parties.
