Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed.
- Description of the model or design as regards its characteristic, geometrical and/or ornamental shape, indicating also the practical and final use of the object.
- Three photographs or three drawings o A4 paper (29,7cm x 21cm without margins) in black and white. The photographs should not contain any references and they should not be folded.
Annuity Requirements
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Search
- No documents are required.
Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of attorney signed by the assignee.
- Deed of assignment document signed by the assignor and assignee, with Portuguese translation.

Industrial Design Merger
- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Merger agreement document signed by both parties, with Portuguese translation.

Industrial Design Recordal of Change
- Power of attorney reflecting the new name or address simply signed.
- Certified copy of the certificate of incorporation or the extract from the commercial register reflecting the change, with Portuguese translation.

- License agreement document signed by both parties, with Portuguese translation.
