Registration with Customs Duty is not applicable in Saudi Arabia, but however, it is possible to file a complaint against counterfeited products. Please note that the trademark should be registered in the Saudi Trademark Office in order to file a complaint.

- Certificate of change of name legalised, or apostilled. (only required for change of name)
