According to latest notification issued in the Saudi Official Gazette it is now required to provide positive and negative specimens on a plastic film for all trademarks which are accepted prior to their publication in the gazette. Any accepted trademark will not be published unless it is accompanied with a negative and positive film for the mark.

Such a new requirement will be prepared by our office in Saudi Arabia at a cost of US$25.
