- Power of attorney simply signed.
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed.
Notes
- Late filing of documents: allowed within 2 months from filing date without penalty.
- Extension of time for late filing of documents: not allowed.
The certified copy of the priority document should be filed within 3 months from the filing date.
Registration with Customs Duty
- Power of attorney notarised.
- Copy of the registration certificate notarised, or certified copy of the certificate of incorporation or the extract from the commercial register with Ukrainian translation.
- Materials containing representations of the goods bearing the subject trademark (photos/ brochures), attested by the signature of the Director and the seal of the Company that holds the rights to the trademark.
- Samples of the goods of the subject trademark (one sample of each product bearing the trademark).
- Materials containing representations of the goods bearing the counterfeit trademark (photos/ brochures), attested by the signature of the Director and the seal of the Company that holds the rights to the trademark.
- Samples of the goods of the counterfeit trademark (one known sample of each product bearing the counterfeit trademark).
